THE SAINT CONSULTING GROUP EXPANDS
INTO LARGER HEADQUARTERS
Firm’s uninterrupted growth reflects increased need for
land-use political intervention both for and against real estate
development.
The Saint Consulting Group (TSCG), political analysts of US commercial
land-use and zoning issues, has relocated its national headquarters
and research unit to larger accommodations in Hingham, a Boston
suburb.
TSCG focuses exclusively on government approvals processes related
to land-use, zoning, and entitlements. The firm has demonstrated
steady growth since its founding in 1981, with offices in five locations
around the US. The Hingham office also contains Saint’s computerized
land-use project tracking system, which can monitor development
trends and projects in any area of the US.
“The development business is becoming more and more political,
probably because it’s being increasingly regulated. Plus,
communities have become more active both for and against real estate
development,” explains P. Michael Saint,
TSCG’s president, who made the announcement. “In this
climate, who is there to help owners, developers, institutions,
and even communities, get the fair treatment they deserve from political
entities?” The firm estimates a success rate of 90 percent
for its engagements.
The Saint Consulting Group’s new address is: 99 Derby Street,
Suite 100, Hingham, MA 02043.
